• Account Registration & Profile: We only request your mobile number to log in, and your Full name and Email ID to complete your profile details.
• Push Notifications: We ask for your permission to send push notifications to keep you updated on your event plans and order statuses. You can manage this at any time in your device settings.

What We DO NOT Collect:

• Payment Information: We do not collect or store your credit card or bank account details. All payments are securely handled and processed directly by our certified 3rd-party payment gateways.
• Live Location: We do not track or collect your live GPS location.
• Device Media: We do not request access to your device's camera or photo library.

2. How We Use Your Information

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

• To register you as a new customer and manage your account.
• To process and deliver your order, including managing payments, fees, and charges.

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us at admin@thehappybash.com. Once your request is processed, your profile details, mobile number, and associated data will be permanently erased from our active systems.
